Senior IE Engineer

*System Management:
• Maintain and developing the company cloud infrastructure.
• Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
• Install and operate & maintain popular Operating system like Windows
• Installing and configuration computer hardware, OS and new applications.
• Perform system inspection and maintenance: propose and implement patches, upgrade the system, and report the situation to management levels
• Compilation of operational engineering documents, processes, regulations
• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Manage and enhance security policies for all the infrastructures
*Network:
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, Wifi)
• Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with System/Project architects on network optimization
• Secure network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access
*Others:
• Ensure all server and PC is updated with latest Windows Update from Microsoft.
• Provide support for new employee’s Computer and Network, setup and configuration.
• Manage Office 365, licensing and related products.
• Maintain inventory of all IT equipment
• Managing accounts & IT devices

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or a related field
• Have more than 3 years working as an IT Technician in a support/maintenance organization
• Have strong understanding/knowledge of Network/System Fundamental, router, Cloud
• Have excellent understanding/knowledge of Core Infrastructure (CCNA/MCSA equivalent)
• Have good understanding/knowledge of Advanced Infrastructure (CCNP/MCSE equivalent), including Designing, Optimizing, and Troubleshooting
• Experience in Firewall (Meraki)
• Good knowledge of system, storage and Microsoft services
• Have more than 3 years working in SI/ISP/Managed Service is a plus
• Willingness to cover Technical support during normal business hours and on-call support if required.
