Senior Human Resources Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Solagron JSC is seeking for a full-time Senior Human Resources Specialist to perform following tasks and duties:

● Assisting the development of internal HR policies and strategies,
● Ensuring HR policies, procedures and practices are followed in compliance with company objectives,
● Taking an active role in human resources planning and being involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process,
● Preparing contracts and legal documentation for employees and maintaining employee records,
● Preparing other necessary paperwork for new hires, terminations, visas, working permits etc.,
● Managing the entire payroll process, statutory compliance and disbursement of salary,
● Monitoring SI, HI and UI premiums and PIT declarations,
● Carrying out other human resource practices such as training, organizational development, performance management, employee relations and talent management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates should have following skills and qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, major in human resources or business administration,
● Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company,
● Good knowledge on labor law and regulations is a plus,
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English,
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills,
● Excellent organizational, coordination, problem solving and planning abilities,
● Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines,
● Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.),
● Able to travel to other provinces in Vietnam.
