Mô tả công việc
Key Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, People Services, this role is a key team player in the SEA People Services Team, contributing towards building operational excellence in aspects of People Services for employees in VF Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Serves as the first line HR advisor to the SEA countries –
1. Perform all activities of the HR processes set out for various stages of employees Life Cycle including:
• Onboarding
• Probation
• Internal job transfer, promotion, relocation etc.
• Exit
2. Support in maintaining data integrity of Workday/HR systems and personnel file records ensuring all data are updated timely to reflect the current status.
3. Working closely with external payroll vendor, administer payroll and benefits function for the various entities under SEA coalition in compliance with the respective countries’ regulations and organization policies.
Role & Responsibilities:
Onboarding
• Prepare all onboarding logistics prior to the new joiner’s first day of work.
• Handle the entire onboarding process and collect necessary documents from new employee for P-file records and Workday/HR systems data entry.
• Assist in updating materials for onboarding information folder.
Probation
• Support in record keeping and Workday/HR systems update as an employee successfully completes Probation.
• Prepare the probation completion letter to the employee.
Job Transfer, Promotion, Relocation etc.
• Prepare contractual documentations according to the specific changes.
• Update HR data systems and P-file record.
Exit (Office staff)
• Arrange off-boarding logistics for Office staff leaving the company.
• Conduct Exit Interview with Office staff leaving the company.
• Retain record in Workday/HR systems and P-file.
• As required by the Management, produce summary report of exit interview for employee turnover analysis.
Data Management
• Update the HR systems for changes such as job location change of an employee, change of cost centre, change of personal data (e.g. marriage, child birth, home address, telephone number etc.).
• Handle VSEC application.
• Update Concur to reflect changes.
Payroll and Benefits
• Coordinate with the supporting team and external payroll administrator to process payroll in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
• Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance of employee data systems.
• Produce financial reports per Finance Department’s requirements.
• Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production.
Inquiries Management and miscellaneous administration
• Be prepared at all times to provide appropriate answers to employees’ inquiries on company policies, benefit schemes etc.
• Assist employees on acquiring company letter for travel visa application.
• Occasional follow up with employee on Personal Income Tax payment per Tax Department’s notice.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

• Proficient in MS Office;
• Outstanding organizing and time-management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Language Proficiency:
Oral: English, Vietnamese/Thai
