Mô tả công việc
* Work location: District 7 _ Ho Chi Minh
* Job Purpose Summary: The HR-Admin staff will be responsible for providing daily operation for HR and Admin activities to ensure outstanding services for HR and Admin jobs.
* Key Responsibilities:
a. Human Resources
• Collaborate with HR team to operate HR activities includes recruitment, Training and development, Employee relations and HR administrations.
• Assist and support HRM to organize internal & external events for employees such as Company trip, Team buildings, Employees birthdays, family day…)
• Work closely with HRM and Dealer Principal to settle people issues and be a contact point for HR matters for HCM Dealer
• Run daily HR operation, source screen CVs, support interviewing candidates, prepare offers on board documents for new recruitments, coordinate and implement orientation training.
• Update employee data for HCM branch, timesheet administration.
• Assist HRM to work with Labour authority, Compulsory insurance agencies, PIT authority, Trade union
• Carry out the other tasks assigned by Manager
b. Administrations
• Ensure the internal regulations, admin & office policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
• Deal with suppliers & contractors in ordering stationeries, office equipment, office machine maintenance etc.
• Support to follow monthly office expenses and ensure the monthly payments in time
• Ensures all orders & contracts are in place and periodically reviewed and updated according to the company Policy and Procedure.
• Prepare and process monthly payment to all vendors for Admin of the HCM dealer.
• Follow up and ensure all office equipment including fax machines, printers, and photocopiers are in good conditions for HCM dealer.
• Check and verify the office vehicles schedules, expenses, fuel use for HCM dealer Doing administration tasks assigned by HCM Dealer Principal and Admin Manager- Other related admin roles based in business needs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated University and have B.A or B.S as minimum
• At least 3 years of experience in HR executives, Recruitment, Training
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills;
• Knowledge human management; interview, training & development, employee relations
• Proficiency MS Offices
• Good at English
• Trustful, honesty, friendly & sociable personality
