Mô tả công việc
- Ensure all activities on site meet the legal and Jotun HSEQ requirements by being the liaison and Jotun HSEQ contact person with all stakeholders to achieve the needed legal and Jotun HSEQ requirements;
- Keep an overview of the relevant laws and regulations within the HSEQ area and communicate this at relevant levels of the organization and external stakeholders;
- Embed an HSE awareness and compliance environment within the site by conducting all needed safety walks, communication, training analysis and reporting to ensure a safe environment and healthy HSEQ KPIs are achieved;
- Prepare a crisis management plan by communicating and training relevant internal and external stakeholders to prepare for any emergency HSE scenarios to ensure maximum safety under all circumstances;
- Conduct the needed HSE analysis, report (near miss, incident, injury…), review and propose action plans as per Jotun requirements;
- Control documents (procedures, work instructions, forms, ...) in accordance with document control policy;
- Liaise with local operational HSEQ team to coordinate any needed activities;
- Maintain the existence and adequacy of resources & practices such as safety committee, related training, emergency response team, first-aid team, … in order to assure that HSE action plan is completed as per schedule;
- This position will report directly to Project Manager and (or) Regional HSEQ Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate in relevant fields (Chemistry/ Business Administration/ Industrial Management);
- Relevant certificates of lead auditor, HSE as a plus;
- Good knowledge and understanding of ISO system, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, including wastes, chemicals and relevant laws;
- Good experience in directly handling health, safety and environment activities in multinational companies (preferably in Chemical/ Paints industry) with minimum 5 years exposure in relevant position;
- Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- High level of ownership, initiative, and responsibility, strong integrity and honesty to monitor company’s serious requirements and investment in HSE’s code of conduct;
- Good teamwork spirit, structured approach and coordination ability to work out and drive improvement among cross functions;
- Desire to learn and ability to work in a dynamic and professional environment;
- Willing to travel domestic/ overseas for business purposes.
*** This position could be based in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone permanently as job requirements.
