Mô tả công việc
• Assists and counsels managers, HSE council members on HSE matter.
• Evaluates the work environment from the stand point of ergonomics, machine guarding, and any other applicable regulations.
• Conducts/assists in audits, accident investigations, and trend analysis.
• Leads/participates in cross functional teams for HSE issue resolution or for new equipment/process approval.
• Maintain facility compliance to local & Corporate regulations/standards.
• Ensure all required HSE reporting (government, site, Corporate) is completed on time.
• Manage facility HSE training to insure all required training is effectively provided, and understood by all employees, visitors and contractors.
• Assist Manager in developing HSE Plan, supporting Corporate HSE Strategy for facility (annually), with specific responsibilities and timing assigned.
• Promote HSE culture at all levels be designing proper HSE campaigns
• Understand and have experience of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 development and implementation.
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant background
• Good understanding of legal requirement in the field HSE and ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001
• 3 to 5 years experience in relevant position related to Environment and Safety in manufacturing industry
• Experience in TPM/ WCM/ Lean will be the plus
• Strong communication and engagement skills with people related to Safety areas
• Able to communicate in English as well as Vietnamese (both oral and written)
• Logical thinking, flexible, willing to learn
• Able to work individually as well as in a team
