Senior HSE Officer ( Amata Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City )

• Execute site HSE programs/events: Behavioral Based Safety, Occupational Health and Employee Safety risk assessment, PPE matrix, Work Permit, Management of Change, Emergency Response, Safety Day;
• Support ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 system in HSE related aspects;
• Collect information and issue HSE reports to submit to the government;
• Organize preparation for HSE inspections from the government; collaborate with other departments in global HSE audit, supplier audit; implement corrective actions - preventive actions (CAPA) if needed
• Cooperate with cross functional team to conduct on-site HSE Observation, report issues to the plant management team, implement CAPA, maintain near-miss report;
• Investigate accident at site, implement CAPA, issue report;
• Identify HSE training needs for all associates and contractors; follow up training program to meet legal & global requirements;
• Update and maintain SDS in English and Vietnamese language follow national regulations for raw materials and finished goods in SAP system, deliver to relevant departments;
• Organize heath service for site employee includes first aid, annual health checkup, vaccination, blood monitoring to ensure compliance with HSE local & global requirements;
• Organize environmental monitoring, monitoring of occupational environment with external providers, check and submit reports to government; organize internal monitoring of occupational environment for internal control; implement CAPA to improve site environment

• Bachelor degree or above in Science/Engineering, preferably with major in Occupation Health and Safety, Environment, Chemical;
• At least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing facility in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) functions, preferably in chemical plant;
• Good understanding of local laws and regulations in HSE areas;
• Good in English, both writing and speaking, be able to translate technical documents;
• Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001;
• Good presentation and training skill;
• Problem solving skill; flexibility; teamwork; project management skill;
• Good communication skill to work with plant personnel from senior to junior level, as well as to external authorities;
• Be able to work overtime, travelling domestic and abroad for business trip
