Senior HRBP Specialist (Very Attractive Salary)

Reporting to the HRBP Manager who will enjoy varied responsibilities that include, but may not be limited to:

• Consulting with line management and employees to provide necessary HR guidance
• Counselling the team HR advisors on the delivery of effective HR policies and practices
• Acting as a trusted advisor on all people and organizational related topics, with a strong focus on Talent, Organization Development & Effectiveness, Business Transformation as well as Leadership and People Sustainability.
• Managing a team of HR Advisors, coaching and developing them to become HRBPs
• Working with the relevant HR Advisor and/or the legal team to resolve any sensitive, complex contractual, legal or employee relations issues
• Supporting the HR Director to define and execute HR strategies that support current and future business needs
• Keeping abreast of developments within the Vietnam business by meeting with managers on a regular basis, in order to identify and solve issues early
• Leading initiatives that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce and building organizational capability that directly impact business strategy
• Managing the implementation of performance and reward processes and policies.
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition team and resource management to ensure the right talent is available
• Driving employee engagement and retention plans, including the assessment, analysis and facilitation of plans to address turnover and workforce issues

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
