Mô tả công việc
• Participate in the development and management of personnel planning for CISS (Canadian International School System).
• Responsible for implementation the policies including: give guidance and educate all staff about the policies, regulations, practice.
• Participate in building an effective management system - KPIs (instructions, forms, evaluation andscale ...).
• Collect and finalize the performance measurement reports (KPIs) of departments.
• Support the Departments to evaluate the performance of Teachers and Staff, synthesizing reports on the evaluation of Teachers and Staff.
• Update policies and regulations related to human resource management.
• Organize, monitor, support and control vertical personnel in the implementation of personnel policies and processes.
• Support and coordinate the development Human Resources regarding to job title, job description, recruitment criteria to select the suitable personnel.
• Support, coordinate the formulation of salary formula and develop a KPI evaluation system.
• Draft and update manuals for inputting personnel information into HR information management software.
• Make periodic personnel reports and giving warnings about personnel fluctuations.
• Conduct surveys, assessing the quality of human resources.
• Participate in the development of mechanisms, policies, attracting, maintaining and developing human resources.
• Participate in other CISS personnel projects (if any).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Worked in Education Industry (company size at least from 400 staffs).
• Bachelor’s degree, major related to Human Resource Management, Law.
• Knowledge of Labor Law, Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law and other related laws.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field of human resources: labor management, policy making, human resource development projects ...
• Understand the development of processes, regulations and regime policies for employees.
• Have basic knowledge about information technology, ISO process.
• Have basic knowledge about some fields related to finance, quality, administration, business ...
• Ability to think logically, systematically.
• Honest, careful, trustworthy.
• Communication and presentations skills
• Good command in English Microsoft Office skill
* Working location: CIS, 86 street 23, Phu My Hung, district 7, HCMC
* Working hour: Mon-Fri (8AM - 5PM), Sat (8AM-12PM)
