ABOUT THE JOB

A truly unique opportunity to join the fram^ group as we are building a digital powerhouse in South East Asia. We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist who can play a key role in our HR Department.

You will run the full lifecycle of all the disciplines of human resources like compensation and benefits and employee relations training, regulations and organization development. We value the outside the box thinker who will lead the vision in developing the strategic direction of the workforce.

People and processes are important but a good culture is what makes everything work and come together.

Among other things this will be what you will be handling:

● Handles C&B works
● Working directly with BOD to build the fram^ company culture, both internally as well as externally
● Support HR Ventures of fram^
● Support fram^ recruitment efforts
● Establish, develop and maintain fram^ HR engagement, policies and documentation
● Drive and lead the regular team building activities of fram^
● Support for general admin works and processes at fram^
● Support to build up plans, develop, implement development and training programs for company employees.
● Also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.

Your Skills and Experience

● Good experience in most of aspects of HR field especially compensation management,
● You have a can-do mindset and you don’t take no for an answer
● Positive personality – you like to have fun at work, just like us ;)
● Very proactive in building the international culture and professional environment
● Strong English skills both in speaking and writing

Nice to have:
● Prior experience from recruitment in IT or related industries
● Prior experience from building and leading an HR team in a high growth environment
● Good knowledge of labor regulations, employment relations & HR practice.
● International work experience
● Strong leadership
