MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: social insurance, personal health care, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.
Your main duties will be:
1. HR:
• Ensure Social Insurance data accuracy deliver to monthly Payroll data completion
• Be responsible for all duties related to Social, Medical and Unemployment Insurance and Personal Healthcare Insurance
• Be fully in charge of labor contract, promotion, rewarding incentives, performance appraisal
• Document filing and document control of labor contract, employee profiles
• Assist HR Manager and involve to employee relation activities, internal regulation, collective agreement, bonding & labor disputes documentation
• Be in charge of handling work permit, visa, travel for expatriates
• Be contact point for company and trade union benefits execution
• Prepare company announcement, policy and communication materials
• Coordinate with HR counterpart to ensure HR services delivering to staff professionally
• Participate in other special projects as assigned
2. Administration:
• Office operation and administrative tasks supporting office staff
• Coordinate to hold team building and other events for employees
• Office rental and other leasing contract management
• Record and keep legal documents of authorized people and company license updated properly

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• A minimum of 3 years experiences in HR Generalist, multinational retailer of company size more than 200 headcounts
• Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably in HR Management or Business Management
• Excellent computer skills and English fluency
• Service oriented mindset, able to handle confidential information with care
• Can-do attitude
• Good communication and team work
• Solid understanding of C&B operations and deep knowledge about Labor Law, Social Insurance Law
