Mô tả công việc

The HR Senior in HN office is responsible organizing and coordinating HR operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• To be responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• To handle Human resources administration, management to ensure all aspects of HR will be in line with HR SOP of TLN nation- wide.
1. Recruitment for HN office: Coordinate with HCM HR, overall responsible for recruitment process from:
• Job postings in HN
• Job Descriptions
• CVs screening
• Initial interview
• Administration arrangement (interviews with Line manager, tests…)

2. Learning & Development: in coordination with HCM Learning & Development team to
• Arrange and conduct On- boarding programs as per SOP required and all logistic arrangements for new staff: ID card, branding stationery, database update etc.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis process
• Arrange Learning activities (corporate & functional trainings) aligned with TNA.
• Follow up PMS process as well as monitor its quality.

3. Payroll: Coordinate with HCM C&B for any related administration supports on
• Leave / timesheet record administration to send to HCM C&B for payroll process every month
• Health Care Insurance, Accidental insurance claims then send directly to PVI for claiming process & records
• Being main contact to explain concerns from staff in HN HRA emails
• Reports to Authorities as per requested: (Social Insurance + Health Insurance + Labor Dept)
• Tax documents (dependents, tax authorized letter…)


4. Employee Relations & Engagements: Assist HR head/ OD team in
• Employee Relations: disciplinary actions, employee surveys, any related staff surveys etc.
• Employee benefits & Engagements: Staff functions in charge and arrangement: Staff Party, Outing Day, Birthdays, Company events & meetings, annual health checks
• Build Corporate Culture, EVP aligning with HR SOP & process
• Exit process: handling interviews with all levels. coordinating with OP team on resignation process

5. Personnel Records/ Reports: Be responsible for effective recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information
• Monthly update of personnel changes in HR master list to send to HCMC C&B
• Keep scanned personnel documents of NH staffs.
• Process work permit/visa and residence card, tax exemption application (if any)

• Participate in seminars for knowledge update
• Learn from experience/mistakes gained from current works
• Sharing knowledge of job functions to other members in team and in company

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Qualification
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience
- At least 3 years of administrative experience

Abilities/Skills
- Understanding VNs labor law
- Well organized & managed time, to be matured with creativity, to be truthful in independence duty and working under high pressure with multi tasks
- Ability to adapt, take challenge, be patient and problem solving skill.
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows
