Mô tả công việc
Recruitment (50%)
• Pre-screen applicants by reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to arrange interviews and follow up to complete hiring processes in line with company’s strategy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the company and position.
• Develop a recruitment strategy and methodology. This includes: planning, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, closing and engaging.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting challenges and trends, labor laws, and legislative initiatives that have implications on the business.
• Benchmarking with competitors and market trends for proper advice ad direction.
• Develop talent pools and networks, maintain active relationship with potential candidates; as well as liaise with Marketing team to organize/support campus recruitment initiatives
Compensation and Benefits (30%)
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulating affecting HR functions
• Keep tracking data and followup to renew all health insurance program (Healthcare, Accident 24/24, Global health) for all employee.
• Work closely with Finance team, HR service provider and labor bureau to ensure HR payments (including SHUI, PIT, Healthcare, allowance ect.) smoothly & accurately.
• Responsible for labor contracts for all employees; work permit + temporary resident card for expats
• Making related HR policies, documents with effectiveness in application and in accordant law
• Coordination and overall management of the office policies,
Training (10%)
• Propose training plan according to training needs analysis.
• Coordinate and follow up internal and external training programs.
• Maintain employee training record.
• Deliver HR related training.
Employee Relationship (10%)
• Maintain, develop employee handbook
• Handle employee issues
• Support new account from HR perspective, provide the best solution on staffing, transition and C&B package,
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in business administration, human resources management or related fields
• At least 3 years of working experience in HR
• Familiar with legal Vietnam regulations and government operations
• Good communication skill in English
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
