Mô tả công việc
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Ensures effective, efficient delivery of HR services that drive superior performance of the assigned functions. Involvement in Internal ER activity
* DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides input to line managers with HR insight about people related business issues/opportunities such as: people capabilities, productivity, organization, work relationship, culture…
2. Be with HRBP Supervisor to Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
3. Provides input to line managers with HR insight about people related business issues/opportunities such as: people capabilities, productivity, organization, work relationship, culture…
4. Be together with HR Solutions to operate myHR functions, including its transactions and updated-data.
5. Be responsible for the employee’s labor contract, new contract / extension/ expiry in line with legal regulation’s requirements.
6. Be the host of “Molex Vietnam” newsletter and assist HR manager and the business to organize company’s events and ER activities if any.
7. Be accountable for the compliance of section to rules, procedures and requirement in term of
a. 6S & KAIZEN / Environmental Health Safety
b. RBA & Social Responsibility / Protection of company assets
8. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

CONTACTS : All internal clients/ Division/Regional HR/ ITC team/ Local authorities of Labor/Services of hiring / training/ Outsource Suppliers

REQUIRED: University
PREFERRED: Administration, Human resource, Language
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: 3 years of experience
PREFERRED: Familiar with manufacturing
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
1. Good communication, consulting, coaching and facilitation skill
2. Excellent English skills
3. Demonstrates openness and acceptance to others’ ideas. Motivate and drive for results
4. Presentation skill and public speaking skills
5. High level of energy and ability to handle various affairs in emergency
REQUIRED: University
