Mô tả công việc
- Develop and deliver human resources management strategies that support Phu Hung Life Insurance’s overall strategic aims and objectives.
- Be responsible for managing and controlling, planning HR strategies, HR budget.
- Manage and control the Company’s manpower planning, compensation and benefit policies, employee relations, training & development, safety, labor relations and employment records.
- Ensure human resource policies and procedures are in line with the company, local regulations and trade unions.
- Give advice to the Management about issues related to human resources management.
- Represent the HR Department both internally and externally.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree.
- At least 10 years of working experience in Human resources management.
- Experience in life insurance industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility, result-oriented and enthusiasm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
