Job Description
Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
* First contact point to managers and associates, provide HR consultancy for all HR related topics for the departments, associates
* Ensure the implementation for all HR cores processes/tools (performance management, talent development, career discussion, succession planning, competencies)
* In charge of recruitment of indirect associates
* Process owner of HR processes: promotion, org-chart changes, and implement HR transactions
* Continuous improvement projects/ activities

Qualifications
* Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, HR majror is a plus
* At least 3 years experience of HRBP/ HR General role
* Experience in Manufacturing industry is a strong plus
* Strong recruitment skills
* Good HR knowledge/processes
* Result-oriented mindset
* Initiative, strong willingness to take over responsibility and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
Additional Information
* Shuttles buses are provided from various locations of HCMC and Bien Hoa
