Human Resources Department is dedicated to the continued growth and success of Simpson Strong-Tie Vietnam in supporting to achieve its mission of providing engineering services with the outstanding quality for Global Simpson Strong-Tie.
Our mission is to establish, develop and execute the competitive policies, good practices to ensure a motivating and equitable environment enhanced by open communication, collaboration, integrity and mutual respect in alignment with global SST values.
We are looking for a passionate member to join our HR team with the following job description. However, as a HR member, you will be developed unlimited by taking initiative to take ownership and volunteer in any of our HR projects, since we always try our best to provide no-equal experience to our talents.
***Job purpose:
To manage and execute a competitive and rewarding Compensation & Benefits programs.
1) Compensation & Benefits Execution (~40%)
• Manage and update HR information system (Workday software)
• Prepare labor contract, promotion offer, salary increase decision/letter, rewarding incentives, yearly performance based bonus, annual compensation statement.
• Coordinate with 3rd party to settle payroll and benefits payment, Social/Health Insurance and PIT to ensure timely and accurate remittance for employees every month.
• Complete the final compensation for leaving employees.
• Provide consultancy to managers and employees in related to company policies, social/ health/ unemployment insurance and labor law upon being inquired.
2) Compensation & Benefits Policy Development (20%)
• Update and record the job evaluation for all jobs in company upon review by BOM.
• Prepare C&B data to participate market survey from year to year.
• Participate with HR Manager in analyzing market data and benchmarking to propose and develop C&B policies from year to year.
• Support HR Manager to develop documentation related to C&B Policies upon changes or updates.
• Ensure all C&B policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes of any policies.
3) Learning & Development (30%)
• Rotate or backup for Recruitment & Employee Engagement Executive in conducting Onboarding training.
• Organize Orientation Day for big group of newcomers twice a year.
• Assist with HR Manager in designing and rollout of the approved learning & development programmes (Strong Leader program, Successor program, soft skill training courses for employees at all levels).
• Consolidate training needs based on Performance Appraisal results and Career Development Plan to prioritize training plan year by year.
• Conduct post-training feedback and evaluation to measure the training effectiveness and investment.
• Take in charge of the project to set up Learning center with support from HRM and line managers in 2020.
• Assist HR Manager to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
4) HR Reporting (10%)
• Maintain records on internal systems and generate statistical reports concerning human resource related data such as new hires, replacements, turn-over, salary budget monitoring, people cost, performance appraisal rate, and absenteeism rate.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1) Education Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
2) Experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in Compensation & Benefits function.
• Experience or knowledge in developing C&B policies or salary structure is an advantage.
• At least 1-year experience in Training coordination is a plus.
3) Knowledge
• Vietnam labor law and Social Insurance
• HR best practices for C&B, Learning & Development, Organizational Development
4) Skills & Abilities
• Strong time management and organization skills to handle multiple tasks.
