Finance
• Be partly responsible for the yearly number of clients target
• Work with Client Management Executive to invoice clients properly and timely and help to collect outstanding invoice if necessary
Business Development
• Meeting clients to present about all surveys and HR consulting services (English or Vietnamese)
Surveys
• Collect and verify data, calculate salary, QC data (overseas by phone or difficult clients).
• Present Pre-Survey to clients and train clients in how to use report
HR Consulting
• Collect and verify data with clients (English or Vietnamese)
• Draft BD presentation file, draft quotation, proposal, contract for HR consulting.
• Draft Position Evaluation, analyze data (trend line, compensation data, bonus scheme, etc.), produce report and have it reviewed by the Project Manager.
• Be a contact point with clients, response clients on time to solve their issues as well as meet clients’ expectation towards projects
• Produce good quality data and survey reports for an industry and maintain clients’ satisfaction with services provided
• Handle multi tasks at the same time
• Work with internal and external stake holders to manage projects

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor/MBA degree in human resources or accounting and finance or business administration
• Experience in HR Consulting or Internal HR role, C&B is an advantage
• English: very good level of speaking and writing
• Well-organized and multi-tasking
• Professional, ethical, good customer service skills
• Team work, open and positive attitude
