Mô tả công việc
The Senior HR Executive’s tasks include but not limited to the following:
1. Training (50%)
- Performance management
- Training and developing competency for staff;
- Support soft-skill training programs for the organization:
- Build up training map for all positions and do training needs analysis
- Conduct induction to new employees
2. Recruitment (30%)
- Sourcing and selecting candidates for vacancies;
- Prepare pre-recruitment activities and build, develop candidate database and manage staff profiles;
- Plan for promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time;
- Support the recruitment in terms of advertising, applications review and insertion;
- Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops;
- Promote company brand through social network channels;
- Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding;
3. Employee Relationship (20%)
- Maintain Company culture and good working environment for all employees
- Support to arrange and coordinate company’s events
- Support other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Work Experience & Qualification
Minimum 7 years of HR experience in multi-national companies
Certified in Human Resources will be an advantage
Extensive knowledge in Vietnamese labor law
Experience in training, talent management and strong network in recruitment
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to engage with different levels of employees within the organization
Good problems solving skills
Able to make impactful presentations
Fluent in both written and spoken English
