Mô tả công việc
- Work closely under Central Human Resources Department Head for the following:
+ Create HR strategy & policy for the whole company.
+ Ensure all daily executions at Factories is compliant with the law.
+ Ensure Employees' compensation & benefits is fully & properly granted by C & B Department.
+ Build various programs to create a happy & friendly working environment all around Factories
+ Build programs to develop and support Employees.
+ Take part in all HR new projects
- Independently monitor & control:
+ HR reports from all Factories.
+ Control manpower of all Factories within budget.
+ Execute recruitment for Head Office manpower and support Factories for the same.
+ Prepare SOP, Procedures, Notices relating to HR functions.
+ Be responsible for all documents relating to Head Office for compliance audits.
