Mô tả công việc
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for building, maintaining and developing Division Culture, People and Infrastructure in harmony in Agri Development Co., Ltd.
1.HR Administrative task (30%)
- Recruitment & Selection
- Prepare labor contracts, manage employee list’s information and keep staff info up to date in internal system
- Monthly follow up the employees/expat list to submit the payroll/finalization timely and accurately.
- Work permit & Visa applications
-Preparation of memos/announcement
2.Process & System (10%)
- Evaluate current HR process and recommend changes
- Develop the company's handbook on policies and procedures
- Assist in the setting-up of internal processes and document templates
3.Training & Development (10%)
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Establish and conduct new employee orientation
4.Manage Progressive Discipline Process (20%)
- Handle whole process of employee disciplinary process from verbal warning to termination.
- Resolves conflicts, addressing demands, grievances or other related issues
- Checking of Attendance
5.Employee relation (10%)
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues to minimise turnover rate.
6.C&B (10%)
- Conduct annual salary surveys
- Develop and Recommend compensation and benefits plans

Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor code, PIT regulations, statutory insurance laws, and their application at work.
Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Confident in using English, both in written form and verbally, with the daily tasks.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
