Senior HR Executive

1. Recruitment
- Be responsible for managing overall HR functions including recruitment (reviewing Cvs & application)
- Conducting interview and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- New hire induction/ warm up program,

2. C&B – HR admin
- Review payroll (if any)
- In charge of Employee benefit including of SIHIUI, Health care insurance, Exercise Card (Cali), Conduct HR activities
- Prepare Labor contract/termination Decision/Offer letter
- Follow up with vendor on required reports submitting to Government
- Take care of employee benefit;
- Conduct performance evaluation through KPI, probation evaluation to ensure finding the right employee for the right position, manage HR Planning

3. Others
- Developing & implement company working procedure, employee benefit plan
- Conduct the development of department plans to meet the targets of the organization;
- Build and update Human Resource develop company organization, culture and employee retention;
- Support other HR Admin process for All Beko Staff

- University degree
- Having at least 4 years of relevant experience and strong in C&B
- Good in speaking and writing English & using computer’s software
- Strong attention to detail in sales and marketing analysis
- Process interpersonal skill & entrepreneurial
- Hard-working and high responsibility spirit.
