Senior HR Executive (Gaming)

Summary:
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager in Singapore, you will serve as the HR advisor for the office and support the daily people matters including, but are not limited to, the human resources processes and programs, recruitment, payroll, training & development.

Our ideal candidate loves payroll, has a good track record in HR operations, and is constantly up to date with the labor law.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Responsible for day-to-day HR operations
• Maintain and update employee information and details
• Handle employees’ payroll, taxes, and claims
• Responsible for visa and immigration applications
• Track and coordinate probation & confirmation of employees
• Track, monitor and maintain time-off, leave records and time management system
• Ensure policies, procedures, and reporting comply with the Company’s requirements and local legislation
• Support and administrate benefits enrolment
• Be part of the team in arranging employees’ engagement activities
• Support execution of performance management program
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conduct effective, appropriate and objective investigations
• Answer ad hoc HR-related queries from leaders and employees
• Proactively identify areas of improvement within assigned current processes and practices
• Support other projects and tasks as requested

Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist/Executive position
• Payroll experience is a must
• Bachelor’s degree
• IT industry knowledge is a plus

• Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge and practical experience on Labor Law
• Pro-active and self-motivated
