Mô tả công việc
• Key areas: Payroll, PIT
• Support on daily HR operation jobs according to internal procedures from onboarding to exit formalities. Manage all administration related to payroll and employee transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations.
• Monitor employment validity status, including PIT calculation, Labor contract for Local Employees, Work permit for Expatriates.
• HR document control under quality assurance & compliance
• Maintain HR database, timely update employee’s record
• Update and maintain HR databases and systems ensuring accuracy.
• Support with recruitment process: CV screening, interview arrangement, generating related documents
• Support with training activities, being a logistic coordinator for local training courses and following up with overseas training reports.
• Assist with all administrative duties required by the HR management team and attend to or escalate employee queries.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree
• 27-32 years old, male preferable
• At least 05 years experiences HR operation & C&B functions.
• Good command of English communication
• Professional computer skill
• Hard working, responsible, careful, honest, detailed-oriented
