Operational / Technical / Professional Results
• As a member of the Corporate Services and HR leadership teams, leads the development and implementation of HR strategies
and plans that contribute to the realisation of HR’s objectives and the company’s business objectives.
• Drives and advises the Corporate Services functions on key HR processes / initiatives consistently & to the required level of
quality in line with corporate HR policies and reinforcing the Company’s vision and values. These include career development,
organization development, change programmes, manpower planning, learning, performance management, resourcing, MT
programme, compensation & benefits.
• Provides consultancy to the function to manage the people issues / opportunities within the function.
• Ownership of the talent attraction, development and succession processes and plans to drive a strong and robust talent pipeline
with the required capabilities to deliver on current and future business objectives.
• Ensures that the functional training agenda is delivered in line with regional requirements.
• Leverages the use of organisation development concepts, tools and diagnostics to build a high performing culture, where
company values are actively embraced and lived.
• Actively contributes to Area or BAT Vietnam’s projects, which seeks to enable the delivery of the company’s objectives by ensuring
that the HR function is able to lead and manage the change in the business.
Leadership Results
• Contributes with the HR team in defining and addressing the short and long-term people needs at an individual and functional
level to ensure the function has the people capabilities to deliver the current and future business agenda.
• Leads the process to ensure that the people initiatives are aligned with functional and organizational deliverables.
• Communicates business goals and organizational goals actively.
• Provides strategic HR leadership and coaching to the functional managers.
• As a member of the HR Leadership Team: Contributes to the HR Leadership Agenda and Functional Leadership Agenda in
ensuring that the priority business deliverables are met.
• Leads, coaches and develops the HR team to build capability for successful implementation of current future HR strategies and
plans
• Ensures that strategies and plans are in place to develop superior leadership capability at all levels within the organisation.
Management Results
• Establishes a plan and milestones to track and report on the people deliverables for the function to ensure that there is sufficient
focus and effort to deliver the people agenda.
• Provides advice and support to line managers in managing a high performance culture and ensuring compliance with relevant
legislation and our Collective Labour Agreement.
• Ensures that resources are used as per the forecast and in a cost efficient way to deliver the people agenda. This includes the HR
budget and the manpower plan for the functions.
Relationship Results
To build effective relationships with:
• HR team to ensure seamless transfer of information amongst the various HR units and a consistent strategic approach.
• Functional teams so as to get support and buy-in to ensure line managers own the people agenda.
Innovation Results
• Develops and implements best practice solutions to issues requiring HR interventions.
• Develops the Corporate Services functions’ competence in order to enable them to better manage their people and teams.
• Proposes and implements improvements to processes that contribute to effectiveness and efficiency in order to facilitate the
achievement of business objectives

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• A degree from a recognized university
• 6-8 years experience in a managerial HR of which a minimum of 4 years should be at a senior level in a multinational FMCG
environment.
• Strong Human Resources Functional Capabilities.
• Strong Leadership Capabilities
