Mô tả công việc
Your role is to support business goals via HR deliveries for a designated business entity of 150 - 200 employees. You will report to the Head of HR and the General Director and will have all necessary support from the L&D, Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will take a good care and ensure the effectiveness of the on-boarding program for newcomers.
- You will work with the L&D team and relevant managers to organize learning activities and measure their effectiveness.
- You will work with the Communications team on employer branding programs, internal surveys, and employee events.
- You will coordinate for quarterly and annual performance appraisals.
- You will coordinate for the annual engagement survey and improvement actions with all managers and for all employees.
- You will keep track of HR metrics, analyze and come up with improvement initiatives.
- You will identify retention issues and come up with solutions.
- You will identify where new or updated policies and processes are required and get them done accordingly.
- You will work with relevant stakeholders to deal with people-related challenges and contribute to the achievement of business goals.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- At least 8 years of experience in HR
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Manager or HRBP role
- At least 2 years of experience in a multinational company in the IT-Software industry
- Ability to coach managers and employees on performance management
- Experience of handling grievance & disciplinary issues
- Experience in producing HR data and analytics
- Comprehensive understanding of labor code, SI/HI/UI laws, and PIT law
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Good sense of people and business acumen
- Self-motivation and a flexible approach
- Fluency in written & spoken English
- At least 8 years of experience in HR
