* If you have a strong passion in Recruitment Field and wanna to have a long - term career in Human Resource Field, perform HRBP professionally, you are welcome to be a member of HR Department in Lotte Shopping Plaza Vietnam.
** Your daily activites include:
A. Talent Acquisition (70%)
1. Handle fully jobs of recruitment process including: Request Analyzing, Job Description Preparation, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Offering to on-board, Probation and Interview Exits.
2. Employer Branding Activities: Reruitment Marketing on Job Posting Websites, Fanpages, Internal PR activities...
3. Act as HRBP on Manpower Planning (Recruitment Strategy Decision, Promotion, Rotation) and Employee Performance, Employee Surveys.
4. Update and Manage Candidate Database on Cadena System, Maintain relationship with candidates.
5. Work on report and analytic for hiring tracker, Making Job Descriptions, Update HR trends, Labor Market Reports on Salary, Benefits, Recruitment.
B. Training & Development (20%)
1. Conduct HR Orientation Programs.
2. Work with Training Assistant to arrange Training Courses for new employees.
3. Team Work with Training Assistant to develop Training Courses.
C. Other tasks (10%): Support Employee Engagement Activities (Teambuilding, Year End Party) and CSR Activities...
*** WORKING CONDITIONS:
- 08 working hours/day, 5 days/week, 02 days off in roster.
- Strong compliance with labor regulations for Employees.
- Successful candidates will work in an ideal working environment with attractive salary and opportunities to get training courses in Vietnam or abroad.
- Other benefit as company policies (Free lunch/dinner, gifts, 13th salary, summer holiday vacation, Team Building Annual Salary Raise and chances to have career development opportunities…).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Basic Requirements: Female, bachelor degrees in HR fields or equivalent qualifications, at least 03 years of working in Recruitment & Training fields. Be good at English communication & translation, can communicate in Korean is an advantage.
- Professional Competences (A.S.K):
+ Attitude: Patient & Passionate with HR jobs, especially Recruitment Field/Active & Enthusiastic, Adaptable, Responsible and Eager Learning.
- Working Skills: Very good at Communication Skills, Searching /Analytics and Reporting , Negociation /Planning & Presentation, good at Team Work.
- Knowledge: HR International Standards/ Basic about Labor Code/HR trends (Especially HR 4.0 Transforming)/Korean Business Culture.
- Professional Competences (A.S.K):
