Senior Graphic Designer (UI/UX)

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and enjoys working with a small team to create meaningful digital experiences, all the while supported by our coders and back end developers who will build it- if it can be imagined. We love what we do, and we want a designer who shares our passion.

. Can articulate UX design decisions;
. Help for UI/UX design & development with .Net team;
. You love to design for people;
. You are organized and manage your time well;
. You are a good communicator and collaborator;

***You Must…

. Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience for software, Web application & Mobile application.
. Good spoken and written command of English.
. Proficiency in a various design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effect, etc), Sketch, Invision or Zeplin.
. Proficient in various design techniques such as wireframing, prototyping, development of UI assets, etc.
. Mastery of core design concepts (composition & layout, color theory, typography, etc).
. Strong visual design skills from concept to pixel perfect screen mockups.
. Must have a strong interest in user interaction design, responsive design.
. Good at video editing, animation, motion graphics.
. Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

It Would Be Nice If You Have…

. Good at product photography;
. Experience in digital content marketing design
. Working Knowledge of Analytics / and A/B Testing;
. Knowledge with HTML5, CSS3;
. Familiarity with customizing social media channels;

***Qualifications

. Bachelor Degree in Interaction Design or Human-Computer Interaction or related is highly desirable
. Relevant work experience in UX Research, Product Design, UX design, Visual Design, Graphic Design is an advantage
