Can you work through the entire process from designing a layout to finished artwork? Then we need you in our Creative team at SPRING Production.
Responsibilities
- Layout design/finished artwork and other print marketing materials made in Adobe InDesign based on client templates
- Ensure consistency of look according to design guide
- Supervise and encourage team work and knowledge sharing
- Minor scheduling and planning tasks
- Build and maintain close relationship with overseas colleagues
- Client service focus
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Graphic Production Manager

Job requirements
- FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH COMMUNICATION, both verbal and written
- BA/BS in Graphic Design
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior position as a graphic designer working with Apple macOS
- Experience in working with brand guidelines, marketing and communication materials
- Experience in developing layout from rough/sketch or template
- Strong creative and design interest
- Well organized and methodical, with a good eye for quality
- As Adobe InDesign is our primary working tool, we require an in-depth understanding of this program
- A good team player
- Adapt to flexible working hours to to ensure on time service levels and be willing to work evening shifts every 4th week
