Senior Graphic Designer (HCMC)

PwC Vietnam is looking for a passionate and talented Graphic Designer to be based in Ho Chi Minh City. You are part of a wider Business Development/Marketing & Communications (BDM&C) team. The role of a Senior Graphic Designer is to interpret and bring the PwC brand to life through innovative and creative design work across multiple forms. To be successful in this role, you will need to display a positive attitude, good communication skills and an ability to handle a varied workload in a very efficient manner.

Roles and responsibilities
Graphic design & Multimedia - Produce a broad range of marketing and sales material for external and internal audiences.
Create ideas and concepts; catch the main idea of contents and interpret them for visual communication for relevant marketing and business development materials (in both Adobe Creative Suite and PPT): brochures, proposal templates, presentations, publications, flyers, standees, posters, e-wallpapers, event materials etc.
Manage the production process of the above-mentioned materials, including working with suppliers to ensure timely deliverables.
Provide support for video editing or manage video production agencies.
Work on different initiatives to help build and maintain relevant photo library for PwC Vietnam including photoshoot sessions (eg. CVs) or photo contests etc.

Brand guardian - Understand PwC’s brand strategy, visual and written identity guidelines and be a brand identity guardian.
Develop designs that bring the PwC brand to life across multiple platforms - from strategic marketing campaigns and proposal documents to digital advertising and web.
Provide accurate comments on corporate identity usage to internal or external user, offer advice on templates, best practices while adhering to brand and compliance guidelines.

Other M&C Support
Work in partnership with relevant members of the creative process, including different internal stakeholders and/or external suppliers in the development of creative briefs.
Provide onsite event support, including event photography, AV technical support,on-brand graphics check.
Manage firm’s branded merchandise stock and relevant internal repositories.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in graphic design or related fields
At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate design, preferably in a multinational working environment
Proven design track record using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere etc.), MS Office Package (PowerPoint)
Web skills (Flash, HTML) and experience in print production, social media strategy is a plus
Good photography / video editing skills an asset
Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
Creative and proactive mindset and a good team player
Able to work under pressure with good time management to deliver clear and on-time design for multiple projects
