We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Brand Designer who will be responsible for our branding across all experience touchpoints including app, website, app store, blog, advertisement, printed materials. This position will be responsible for leading the creation, development, and delivery of visual communications for YmeetMe, ensuring the all visual design aligns with our business objectives and brand identity so that we can boost our business with the power of visual design.
- Create and maintain the brand visual identity that presents our brand image in a very clear manner;
- Design visual materials consistent with design concepts;
- Create advertisement banners that visually expresses the benefit of our users;
- Continuously raise ideas to improve any visual material through A/B testing;
- Design and conduct user interviews to understand users’ problem and suggest ideas for improving our service;
- Be responsible for all customer-facing brand deliverables. Creating and updating;
- Join the discussion for building new feature and raise constructive opinion from the designer’s perspective.

Requirement:
- Strong passion to deliver a great experience to users that make a positive impact on our society;
- Proactive working attitude;
- Communication skills: Explain the reason why each of your decision was made and how it is aligned with our design concept and business objective. Good listening skill during the discussion is also required;
- Being obsessed with the quality of your design to maximize the influence of your work within a limited time;
- Positive attitude and growth mindset;
- Ability to work independently to continuously improve user experience throughout all touchpoint;
- 5+ years - experience in Graphic Design;
- Experience in branding;
- Courage to break things temporarily for future improvement;
- Ability to communicate in English.
