Mô tả công việc
• Check all entries to SAP related to Accounts Payables
• Check all payment documentations and payment lists
• Cost release and cost update annually
• Fixed Assets mangagement
• Book closing entries
• Maintain a general ledger that corresponds with Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS), United State General Accepted Accounting Standards (US GAAP
• Prepare monthly and annual Financial Statement under VAS and US GAAP
• Load actual and forecast Finiancial Statements to Onestreams
• Reconcile accounts at monthend
• Prepare Transfer Pricing Tax Package and International Tax Compliacne Package
• Coorporate with auditors for annual auditing and CIT review interim and yearend
• Weekly Flash update (in training)
• Invoice issuing (back up)
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports as following: CIT and FCT,… in accordance with current tax laws.
• Prepare statistics and other compulsory reports as requirement of governmental offices
• Prepare any reports required by regional management reports, variances analysis as required.
• GVAT actual and budget (in training)
• Budget prepare (in training)
Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
**EDUCATION:
• Bachelor degree of Accounting
** EXPERIENCE:
• At least 2-5 years experience in General Accountant at FDI, multinational companies
• Good knowledge in VAS and IAS, in all related accounting works;
• Experience in SAP, OneStream;
• Good command in English;
• Supervision skill, careful, reliable, pleasant manner
• Good interpersonal skills
• High accuracy and responsibility
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and teamwork
