Senior General Accountant

Under the supervision of the Chief Accountant/ Financial Controller:
• Take responsibilities for all tasks working with IFRS/VAS depending on entity assignment
• Take responsibilities for Financial Statement and Management reports preparation, reviewing and cross-checking
• Review and check all accounting data input to be accrued and complied with Accounting Law, IFRS/VAS and company practice
• Manage and follow up all data figures related to Account Receivable, Account Payable, Cash, Bank, Detailed General Ledger, Accrued of Expenditure and Income
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, Cash Estimation and other required financial reports according to requirements of Chief Accountant/ Financial Controller and Board of Management with detail records (excel file) in a clear and correct manner
• Prepare and/or check monthly, quarterly and yearly Tax Return Reports and other reports related to tax issues such as Tax Return, Tax Finalizations, etc
• Control & manage internal control procedures/ JSOX compliance
• Prepare & control budgeting reports for information of Chief Accountant/ Financial Controller

Education and Experience
• Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting & Auditing/ Economics or equivalent major

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of VAS, Tax, Labor law (for Social, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Severance Allowance)
• Ability to work under high pressure to meet deadline of Finance & Accounting Reports.
• Proficiency in using basic software such as MS Excel, MS Word
• Ability to communicate in English
• Good team spirit, and full control the assigned tasks efficiently and be interfered by Chief Accountant for concepts, guidelines and advices for solutions in difficult situations
