* Purpose : Senior Frontend Application Analyst is responsible to take care the ePOS, PreTUPs, RLMS, CRM and other services. Report to the Frontend Application Manager.
* Authority :
- Level: Senior Staff
- Direct Manager: Frontend Application Manager
* Key Relationships :

* Key Responsibilities :
- Operation & Maintenance and troubleshooting ePOS, PreTUPs (The TOPUP system by airtime), RLMS (Retailer Loyal Management system) , CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other services.
- Responsible for internal and external system interfaces definition
- Responsible for system performance, redundancy, failovers, data availability, and recovery.
- Responsible for Tier 2 of ePOS, PreTUPs, RLMS, CRM and other services.
- Responsible for requirement tracking
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation for the entire platform.
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor
* Objectives :
- Guarantee all application, system follow KPIs
- Guarantee vendors follow SOW and SLA
- Project management
- Satisfy official requirements from other team.
- Guarantee and prepare capacity for all application, system.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications & Experience
- College degree in Computer Science.
- 3 years application development experience mainly on Java platform.
Knowledge and Skills
- In-depth knowledge and experience on J2EE, Swing and JavaBeans is a must.
Unix shell scripting is a must.
In-depth knowledge on Oralce SQL standard, PL/SQL.
Experiences on developing Oracle Stored Procedure and Oracle Java Procedure are a great asset.
Experiences on developing web application especially on Java script, XML, XSTL, Web service are great asset.
Certified Java Professional is a great asset.
Language
- Good presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with Executives
