Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary
This position would have a strong mix of responsibility including financial planning and reporting analysis, cost accounting

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly internal management reporting & financial analysis
• Partner closely with function leaders to aid their understanding of OPEX forecasts and budget expectations
• Coordinate with function leaders for budget development, rolling forecast; manage the budget for spending and variances
• Prepare weekly cash plan, periodical cash flow forecast and timely highlight cash flow issues to management team
• Assist to prepare ad hoc P&L modeling and in-depth analysis for management decision
• Inventory costing and management
• Support and expedite the financial close process in concert with corporate accounting including:
o prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
o cost accounting entries
o other close functions as necessary
• Support annual financial audits and quarterly reviews
• Handle petty cash
• Maintain adequate controls; ensure compliance with Company policies

• Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A and accounting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work independently and proactively
