Senior Finance Executive

• Assist in the management of the financial affairs of the hospital in accordance with business unit goals, sound business practices, hospital policies and in compliance with various regulatory requirements.
• Review to ensure that all general accounting are completed in a timely and accurate manner by managing daily operations in accounting, accounts payable and central cash services.
• Perform duties in accordance with Accounting Policies and Procedures.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of financial accounting system and make recommendation where appropriate
• Monitor all the inter-company sales/ transfer as medicines, issue the bills and credit notes.
• Prepare the tax information for government/ Management office as and when requested
• Monitor bank operation account and petty cash
• Review and approve payment plan to suppliers
• In charge of audit and tax for Binh Duong
• Overseas the audit and tax for Saigon and Gia Dinh
• In charge for Stock take and Fixed assets verification
• In charge month end closing for Vietnam (Binh Duong, Saigon and Gia Dinh)
• In charge of budget preparation of Binh Duong
• In charge of implementation of new accounting standard for Vietnam - Binh Duong, Saigon and Gia Dinh
• Prepare and comment on monthly operation report for all Columbia hospital in Vietnam
• Prepare standalone and consolidated Financial statement reporting packages both in Vietnam Accounting standard and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for all hospital in Vietnam quarterly, yearly or when required.
• In charge of any ad hoc report required by FM
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by FM

• Diploma or Degree of Finance, Accounting, Auditing
• 5 years working experiences at the same position
• ACCA knowledges are required
• Experience in consolidated financial reporting
• Experience in IFRS reporting
• Audit experience is priority
• Conversant in English both oral and written.
