Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for responsible for providing monthly financial analysis and insight into commercial performance. Take ownership of the annual budgeting & forecasting process and the regular report packs for senior management for Sales & MKT.
• Evaluate and analysis pricing, trade terms and condition investment for customers & consumers and give the appropriate recommendations.
• Partner with Sales and MKT in preparing and evaluate the business case for innovation/sales/MKT projects at the company level and evaluate for trade & consumer promotional schemes.
• Responsible for the strategic intervention to Sales function when performance is at risk or having the opportunities to accelerate higher than the normal business case (top-line performance, CC performance, ROMI performance, Distributor ROI performance....).
• Track and analyze all P/L by Channels/by Regions/by Distributor, etc.
• Consults with other teams to support overall forecasting and data analysis initiatives
• Proposes forecasting/analysis methods to further improve overall results, insights and efficiency
• Prepares and presents informative visualizations that intuitively display large amounts of data and/or complex relationships, key assumptions, and business drivers to provide insights and recommendations for leadership to make informed decisions
• Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency
• Other duties as & when assigned by Head of Finance. Handle ad-hoc queries, prepare & present material to EXCO team, drive best practice & projects.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong Analytical skill
• Good business sense
• Proactive, independent
• Good communication (English & Vietnamese & partnering skill)
• Able to work under pressure
• Excel Advanced Skills required
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience (Finance partnering, financial planning, finance analysis).
