Senior Finance Analyst

 Carry out the all the company’s tax declarations & payments e.g FCT, VAT, CIT, PIT license tax; ensure accurateness, timeliness, compliance with the statutory requirement & company’s policies.
 Prepare all the accounting entries of tax at period close and all tax schedules in BS; Prepare and submit tax workbook to Corporate tax and others ad hoc report; work with auditor in tax matters and relevance.
 Be a key specialist in preparation of annual tax & TP filing, TP documents; assist FM to work with local authority in tax filing, auditing or others relevance, launch and implement E-invoice, update new tax regulations that may implicate to the company’s business
 Be a key analyst of management accounting, Assist FM in preparing periodic management report and provide dimension analysis for the P&L in 3 views; in preparing budget, forecast of GnA, IFS, CNS, CLS
 Be a business partner in support business, commercial: preparing profitability of customer, billing solution, tax relevance
 Work out with professional firm to get the TP document been ready for annual tax filling and auditing; Prepare all tax’s schedules and ensure proper tax entries in BS.
 Coordinate closely with Regional team to perform review P&L in management accounting book; Highlight and follow up to resolve the abnormal P&L for each LOB and per customer level.
 Prepare and consolidate data for periodic management report with key highlights.
 Support and deliver finance service for business e.g billing solution, periodic sales result update, ELP, cost avoidance, optimal CM
 Assist FM, GM, LD in preparing budget, forecast of Commercial/customer in both volume and financial.
 Be Key coordinator with external auditor, especially in tax auditing or relevance

University of Economic of Ho Chi Minh City;
Achievement of ACCA, CMA, CPA is preferred
5 years in accounting and finance, tax professional,
Knowledge and experience in finance and tax regulations, transfer pricing
Analytical skills and aptitude for working with financial data
Be able to form effective working relationships with staff of various levels of seniority
Have the ability to work independently
Communication skill in English
Problem solving skill, need to balance the tax compliance and business development limitation
