Reports to: Finance Controller / Finance Manager

Location:
My Phuoc Plant, Ben Cat, Binh Duong, Vietnam (we provided transportation from HCMC - Binh Duong)

Travel:
Little: 10%

01. Responsible for Product Costing:
+ Responsible for Product Costing – Involves preparing product cost for new products on an ad-hoc basis, regular Costing release on a quarterly basis and annual revisions of costing for budget review. To support management decisions on cost with commentary and analysis of cost trend on time and cost components.
+ Responsible for Monthly Analysis of Company Performance through variance analysis on efficiencies and price variance
+ Responsible for Inventory review and update to management on critical areas for improvement
+ Driving Continuous Improvements in Costing Processes for standardization and resolving cross-functional issues related to Costing

02. Responsible for Monthly Payroll Run
+ Requires interaction with HR dept. for inputs for the payroll process
+ Requires interaction with Treasury Dept. for ensuring payment of wages on time.
+ Completing the PIT submission with Tax Authorities accurately and within due dates
+ SOX Control testing and compliance for payroll processes
+ Critical skills – Ownership for Timeliness and Accuracy and thorough Knowledge of payroll system

03. Responsible for Material Master Data Management
+ Requires follow-up action for ensuring completeness of master data
+ Require to maintain the updated status of master data by Quarterly review.
+ Critical Skills – SAP Knowledge of Master Data, Good Follow-up, and Consolidation Skills
+ Risk – May impact the business decisions through cost drivers

04. Responsible for inbound & outbound freight

+ Verify & booking inbound & outbound freight related to shipment & incoming material order
+ Reconcile outbound freight quarterly based on shipping documents
+ Lead Quality/FP&R/EOSH standard: refer on R&R matrix detail for each standard.

01. Education:
+ Undergraduate Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics
02. Skill requirement:
+ Analytical and Logical deduction skills
+ SAP – FICO / MM / PP knowledge.
+ Understanding of Cross-Functional Inter-linkages in Cost Structure
+ Good Team Player
+ Lead Cross-functional meetings to drive alignment for Costing improvements
03. Experience:
+ Experience: 3-4 years in Costing function

- 13th-month salary plus KPI Bonus
