Mô tả công việc
*Purpose of the position:
- Achieve sales plan objectives with assigned country account by effectively selling DSV PANALPINA products.
*Key Tasks:
• Drive Sales activities by proactively approach to assigned customer segmentation and sales territory
• Execute sales process to generate business in line with the sales plan.
• To demonstrate sales strategy and leadership sprit towards a specific project in order to deliver sales budget and overall successful business implementation.
• To handle enquiries or divert enquiries from customers to respective departments
• Assure the successful client integration.
• To support the adherence to SOPs and show sales ownership towards customer service issues when necessary.
• Provide market insights to Sales management for sales planning and forecast activities (including prospect qualification and local market intelligence).
• To follow up on claim handling and complaints in close cooperation with operations and with Sales management.
• To maintain data quality in CRM in line with Sales KPIs for Sales pipeline size, number of new opportunities, data assurance, etc.
• To be responsible and coordinate with accounts and keep track of the outstanding of assigned customers
• To take up additional tasks to be assigned by Sales Manager.
*Decision Making Authority: Pricing authority within guidelines

*Functional/Industry requirements:
• Functional experience in air / sea / customs brokerage.
• Sales experience.
• Complete understanding of DSV PAN (strategy and products).
• Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers).
• Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints
*Management skills
• Able to successfully execute the sales process.
• Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (Operations and ISPs).
• Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution)
• Decision-making capabilities
*Sales experience within our industry (minimum 2 years).
*Personality traits
• Self driven and with strong spoken and written communication skills
• Relationship building and maintenance capabilities.
• Results oriented
• Customer focus
• Presentation skills
• Persistence
• Educational background & work experience
• Business administration / commercial background
• Language skills: English and Vietnamese.
• Having a certain Chinese mandarin proficiency would be more preferred.
• Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation
