This position has full responsibility of implementing financial management approaches,
controlling the compliance with financial management approaches and effectively managing
the expenses to achieve the profitability target as well as meet the company objectives.
The main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Implement selling expense schemes
- Develop and implement sales policies in line with the UWE provided by HQ in
all subsidiaries and Sale Divisions under HQ.
- Ensure the compliance with the cash management process of the subsidiaries
based on collected premium data.
- Perform the compensation computation of selling expenses on a regular basis and
monitor relevant payment to subsidiaries.
- Analyze and evaluate data to support the implementation selling expense strategy.
- Identify any deficiencies and propose relevant solutions to the Management.
- Work with subsidiaries’ managers and other Divisions to finalize expense reports
quarterly and annually.
2. Plan the fixed expense budget for subsidiaries in line with the size of each Subsidiary
and HQ guideline.
3. Prepare variance analysis (actual vs. plan) in co-operation with related departments in
HQ.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate from University of Economics, Foreign Trade University, and
Banking University majoring in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Business.
Administration.
- Good command of MS Excel (required), experience in MS PowerPoint
(appreciated).
- Good command of English, both speaking and writing, equivalent to TOEIC 680,
IELTS 6.5, TOEFT iBT 91.
- Good analytical and budgeting skills.
- Proactive, details oriented and positive attitude.
- Senior position between 3-7 years working experience.
- Candidate with working experience in insurance companies is preferred.
Banking University majoring in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Business.
Administration.
- Good command of MS Excel (required), experience in MS PowerPoint
