1. Commercial ownership:
Deliver agreed sales, profit, productivity, working capital goals in FOOD INDUSTRY by
- Determine marketing strategies ( measured by Sales Revenue growth & Growth Hopper Projects) and pricing strategies (measured by Gross Margin to sales ratio)
- Implement operating standards (Debtor days, Creditor days, Inventory value…)
- Develop an annual plan to growth assigned business and coordinate with Sales Manager to review regularly to ensure the business to move toward to Goals healthily in the suitable manner
• Analysis current business position and identifying external drivers and trends
• Implement sales targets and operating standards for assigned to meet budget and achieve objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with principal suppliers by
• Understanding and implementing Principal strategies
• Working with principals to identify efficiency and growth opportunities
• Reporting to Principals appropriately on local issues which impact on joint business activities
2 . Creative Customer Solution:
Develop and sustain strong customer relationship by:
- Understanding customers' supplier needs, strategies and requirements
- Establishing appropriate service levels for defined customer segments and ensuring that these are met or deliver Above Expectation
- Formulating improvement plans based on formal customer survey feedback
3 . Working together:
- Together with Business Line manager to improve current and future needs such as designing conception program to launch Concepts in trendy ways to enhance DKSH' branding…
- Developing and maintaining collaborative, cooperative and effective relationships within DKSH organisation: Customer service - Logistic coordinator - Finance - Warehouse…. To aim to meeting "Customer Service Expectation"

- Food technology background/ Chemical Engineering
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales, R&D preferably in chemical fields
- Analytical Skills
- Self-motivated and pro-active with entrepreneurial spirit and big picture view
- Energy and passion to create and develop new business opportunities
- Able to interact at all levels, especially senior levels of management, highly efficient communicator
- Flexibility to work with international teams
- High MS Office skills for Excel based modelling and for preparing professional PowerPoint presentations
- English Fairly
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Sales, R&D preferably in chemical fields
