Mô tả công việc
1. Support Development Management Manager in the cost and contract management of the existing and new developing projects.
2. Prepare cost estimate; prepare tender documents; evaluate the consultants’ proposal and specifications; handle progress claims, variation orders and finalise project accounts. These include administration of tenders – prepare Quotation, Tender and Contract Documents including Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation, Cost control, Budgeting and taking off quantity for tender.
3. Assist in the final account preparations and other ad-hoc duties.
4. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with at least 5 years' relevant experience in the construction field
• Good command English
• Handle projects ranging from Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Logistics in Vietnam.
• Be a team player and possess high level of independence, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability as well as numerical.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the construction laws and regulations.
• Good command English
