The Role
You will support the Country HR Manager in providing transactional HR support to the local business leaders and office.
Job Responsibilities
• Support activities such as recruitment, onboarding, in-service support, training and exit management of employees.
• Process payroll and related reporting.
• Provide support for cyclical Group HR programs such as the annual performance appraisal, headcount planning and other programs as needed.
• Advice and communicate with the local staff with regards to company policy, benefits and welfare programs and company processes
• Provide HR administrative support, e.g. preparation of letters and maintenance of personnel files.
• Assist in ad hoc projects from time to time, including but not limited to the coordination of employee engagement and wellness events.

Job Requirements
• Degree in Human Resource or a related discipline
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Influence in English (writing and speaking)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess organizational ability, the ability to handle sensitive information, good interpersonal and strong follow up skills as well as communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
