Mô tả công việc
• Support the Human Resource and Admin function at logistics/ warehouse business in Hai Phong, Vietnam
• Works closely with corporate human resource to ensure implementation/ compliance of corporate policies and procedures
• Oversee recruitment to ensure that adequate and appropriate talent is available to meet operational objectives
• Responsible for updating employee database and leave management system
• Assist in general administrative duties (flight/ hotel bookings, car rental arrangements) and requisition of stationery/ office items
• Handle daily employee relations and any other ad-hoc HR/ admin duties

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Possess a Bachelor degree, with minimum 4 years’ experience in Human Resources in a logistics or relevant industry
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and related legislations in Vietnam
• Prior work experience in a multinational company will be an advantage
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Good interpersonal, management and communication skills
• Reporting operationally to General Director and functionally to Sembcorp Development Singapore Headquarter
