Senior Executive, Credit Admin

A. Loan Documentation be responsible for the preparation/control of all loan documentation
1) Follow up on the deferred documents and covenants to ensure that the loan has been processed is in compliant with the approval and our credit policy.
2) Ensure the loan approved does not contravened any law or regulation and all pre-conditions disbursement have been complied for disbursement.
3) Arrange for the notarization/registration of the mortgage contract.
4) Manage security assets on the Bank’s system such as the safe keeping of security documents.
5) Make proposal to Legal Department to add/amend any article/item in the loan documentations that required by laws or customer if any.
B. Loan Releases
1) Responsible for setting up and controlling the available approved limits in the loan system.
2) Ensure proper approvals are secured before releases of loan and that the release matches the intended purpose of the loan as stated in the credit applications
C. Report
1) Preparing CIC, SBV and other reports including those for the purpose of portfolio management
2) Joint-custodian of the collateral and security documents.
3) Monitor accounts that are due for interest rate revision, payment schedule of staff and BCB loan and check back right next day to detect mistake for action if any.

• University degree in Banking, Finance or Business Administration
• Completion of finance courses would be an advantage
• Experience in similar lending position for 2 to 4 years
• Integrity and honestly, teamworks, self motivated, analytical and problem solving skill
