Salary range: 30,000,000VND – 40,00,000VND
Report to: Director of Studio M&E5
1. DUTIES:
Design electrical and HVAC systems;
Insure accuracy and quality of MEP design documents;
To be responsible of insuring the accurate implementation of MEP construction documents by the Contractor on the construction site, through regular site visits;
Review and monitor: cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadline and budgets.
Understand the risk and handle situations arising.
Interact and participate in meetings with internal studio and external clients at middle to senior levels.
Other tasks as required by the Director.

2. REQUIREMENTS:
• General:
5-8 years of experience in same field.
Level from Senior/Leader
• Skills and Specifications:
Familiar with MEP softwares, Office, Auto CAD, Revit…
Basic written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collate materials into a template report.
Good command of English.
Experience with International standards, Vietnamese standard (TCVN) and local contractors.
Intermediate time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes.
Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on a variety of projects.
Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required.
Team player and able to adapt to changes within the construction process.
• Education and Qualifications
Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical engineering.
Having practicing certificate is an advantage.
