*** Specific responsibilities are as follows:
- Establish local Project Teams and conduct project meetings.
- Lead the project teams, assign tasks to team members and drive team members to complete assigned tasks.
- “Poke Yoke” and OEE monitoring to improve plant efficiency and improved product quality.
- Manage the following activities through the project teams.
+ Identify, provide feasibility studies and implement design improvements to suit manufacturing processes, or for the introduction of new plant, equipment and tooling.
+ Develop new and existing manufacturing processes.
+ Liaise with the Service personnel in relation to field problems, and reviewing the product/process with the aim of eliminating the manufacturing defects/problems.
+ Participate in Failure Mode Effects Analysis, FMEA.
+ Participate in Design for Manufacture Effects Analysis, DFMEA.
+ Define and document Process Flow Charts, and Factory Layouts.
+ Conduct production trials and pilot runs.
+ Provide manufacturing metrics, “Bill of Materials” for product manufacture.
+ Provide the necessary plant standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Communicate project status and critical actions within the Rheem operation.
- Liase with all departments associated with the planning, implementation and introduction of new products and/or production techniques.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Engineering discipline, preferably a Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering degree.
- Experience from developing and implementing programs with identifiable results using some of the following:
+ “kaizen” continuous improvement.
+ “lean” manufacturing,“just in time”,value stream analysis.
+ New machinery.
+ Optimizing bottlenecks.
+ Operators participation in new designs.
- 8-10 years experience with a Manufacturing or Engineering Qualification.
- Experience in CAD design an advantage (2D &/ 3D).
- Sound people management, team facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate, speak and write English.
*** SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: prefer candidates living in Binh Duong province.
