Senior ELV Manager

- Manage, monitor and coordinate with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and involve in design/ review/ implementation of all ELV functions and discipline required for the project
- Supervise contractors and sub-contractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for timely delivery of equipment.
- Work with Project Integration Solutions Director to select and evaluate ELV hardware and vendor
- Assure that the installations of ELV related systems (CCTV, ÁC, PA, BGM, BMS…) are in compliance with drawing, required specifications and standards.
- Develop QA/QC list for the inspections
- Responsible for procurement, the site work implementation and documentation in order to achieve the project target completion date
- Testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover

- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline
- Min 8 -10 years relevant work experience in ELV including CCTV, Smart Home, Access Control Systems, PA, BBGM, AV, BMS…
- Knowledge/ experience working in residential, retail, office projects is preferred
- Must have a thorough knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, alarm systems, ÁC, PA, AV, BGM, BMS…)
- Able to work on AutoCAD drawing
- Fluent in English
- Work well with little supervision individually and also a good tram player
