Senior ELV Engineer

We are looking for a candidate with electrical background who will manage the CCTV, Smart home, Public announcement, background music, Audio & Video, Building Management system, etc... This person will work closely with design, construction teams and they will be directly reporting to Project Integration Director.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and sub - contractors in design/ review/ implementation of all ELV functions and discipline required for the project.
- Supervise contractors/Sub - contractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for timely delivery of equipment. Work with Project Integration Director to select and evaluate ELV hardware and vendor.
- Assure that the installations of ELV related systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, BGM, BMS etc..) are in compliance with drawings, required specifications and standards. Develop QAQV list for the inspections.
- Responsible for procurement, the site work implementation and documentation in order to achieve the project target completion date.
- Testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover.

- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in ELV including CCTV, smart home, access control, systems, Security, PA, BGM, AV, BMS etc..
-Knowledge/experience working in residential, retail, office project is preferred
- Worked in construction industry/environment
- Must have a thorough knowledge of ELV systems
- Able to work on Auto CAD drawings
- Knowledge of QA/QS
- Good in English
